1) Ordering After receipt of the payment, your order will be processed. You will receive a message when your order has been shipped.

2) Payment You can pay with us in various ways, by means of Ideal or bank transfer. All prices include 21% VAT.

3) Sending Your order will be shipped by registered mail. The costs are € 9.00 per package. No shipping costs will be charged for an order above € 500.00

4) Delivery times De levertijd kan per artikel verschillen. Sieraden die voorradig zijn worden na ontvangst van betaling zo spoedig mogelijk verzonden. Indien de sieraden op maat gemaakt moeten worden hebben deze een langere levertijd. Wij stellen u op de hoogte van de levertijd.

5) Cancellation If you want to change or cancel the order, you must do this as soon as possible. You can do this by e-mail or telephone (number 0612210132). Changing or canceling your order is only possible if it has not yet been shipped. Jewelry that is made or made especially for you cannot be canceled or exchanged.

6) Exchange or return The jewelry is made with great attention and care. If you are nevertheless not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 working days unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with the unbroken label still attached. Jewelry that is made or made especially for you cannot be canceled or exchanged. Return shipments must be made known in advance via info@manonterhogt.com. The costs of the return shipment are for your account. Send the package by registered mail with the accompanying invoice to: Manon ter Hogt, Grotestraat 64, 7622 GM Borne (DO NOT mention words such as goldsmith, jeweler, goldsmith or jewelry in the address or on the packaging). You can only exchange or return items purchased from the webshop. You will receive the purchase amount excluding shipping costs back to your account within 30 days.
